Expectations of Service

Customers can expect high standards in all aspects of a job performed by Phoenix Rising Painting, including but not limited to:

• Floors and furnishings covered
• Removal or protection of all hardware
• Proper preparation of all surfaces before painting or staining
• Fixing previous paint failures
• Cleaning and vacuuming the work areas and removing debris at the end of each day
• After completion of the job we will label and leave touch-up paint with the client
• All employees will be trustworthy, careful, pleasant and respectful
• Employees will be clean in appearance and in their work
